1. Applying while you are OUTSIDE indonesia (OFFshore)
You will first receive a Single Entry Visa, once you arrived in Indonesia you need to let us know immediately that so we will start the second phase of your application. After the Single Entry Visa is Issued (e-visa), you will have 90 days to arrive in Indonesia

2. Applying while you are ALREADY IN indonesia (ONshore)
Change of immigration status process. You need to arrive with a 211A Visa at first, which is 60 days valid (we can facilitate this Visa for you too). The 211A Visa must not be sponsored (by another company or guarantor).

Before you apply for a Visa:
- Once the visa application is in process, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund of the fee can be granted.
- The invoice will be issued by our partner law firm in Indonesia, which will be your contract partner (and depending on the Visa typa also the guarantor)
- Only once we ave received the payment, we can start to process of your visa application with the immigration officials.
- The immigration has the right to decline any application without giving any reason. In such as case no refund can be given / very rare, but it can technically happen.
- We adhere to Indonesian immigration rules and regulations. We are not responsible if there are any sudden regulation changes published by the immigration, which may cause a delay or rejection of applications or entry into the country (no refund policy).
- In case of any delay in the process, such as but not limited to: public holidays or other reasons for closure of immigration office, technical errors on the immigration sites, etc, we ate not responsible for any delays occurring.
- All the form fields below are mandatory and need to be filled in without any errors. The immigration office could otherwise reject the application. All documents must be in English. We will help you to make sure all documents are as required.
