Santanera is a story of crossed cultures and cuisines. The brainchild of Chefs Andres Becerra and German Rincon, two culinary connoisseurs from Colombia, Santanera celebrates Latin American flavors, European influences, and local ingredients.
Organic, farm-to-plate produce takes centre stage, where every element has been primed and refined to create contemporary dishes to sample and share.
