The best spot for macro photography and muck diving in Bali
The secret Bay is situated at the west coast of Bali near Menjangan Island. It is a nice dive site for macro photography. The water is shallow and the underground is muddy. But the sea life is just amazing. There are good chances to spot the picturesque dragonet, the huge bobbit worm and plenty of banggai cardinal fishes.
Fauna & Flora
Few hard and soft corals. Robust ghost pipefish, moray eels, seahorses, nudibranches, banggai cardinal fish, sweet lips, imperial shrimps, sarong shrimps, cuttlefish, firefish, frogfish, octopus.
Batu Bolong Surf Break is between the Old Man’s Break in the south and the Echo Beach Break further up north. Batu Bolong is a reef break suitable also for beginners. Many surf schools come here to run their courses because the waves are mostly steady and slow.
Mengesta Village is one of the tourism villages located in the Penebel Tabanan area. There are few things we can do visit while visiting this village such as seeing the collections of ancient sacred relics, statues, also local artworks on carved stone and metal. A couple of natural hot springs Piling Kawang and Belulang can be a great place to relax our body. And like most villages in Tabanan, of course, we can see beautiful rice terraces.
