Located in the trendy Seminyak neighbourhood, Chandi Restaurant was established in 2008 and well known as a semi-fine-dining restaurant where gastronomy and Pan-Asian cuisine are married in blissful harmony. Step into an intimate and sophisticated ambiance, the high ceilings restaurant offers a cool resort-style vibe with refined indoor seating, black-and-white checkered floors, whirling ceiling fans, and an 8-meter exotic-looking bas-relief light sculpture adorning the entire wall behind the bar.
Merging the glamorous lifestyles of the Indonesian and New York elite, our menu is always evolving to modern tastes while highlighting sustainably-sourced local produce. All greens are grown organically while the fruits and roots are sourced from local Bedugul farmers. We take great pride and joy in working with ingredients that are locally sourced, in order to assure our uncompromised standards, we only serve the most exquisite selections of meat.
Our team of talented chefs always aims to reinvent the shared experience while capturing the diner’s imagination and palate. We highly recommend the Appetizer Plate for two showcasing a variety of delicacies. For seafood lovers, try Caramelized Butterfish Miso Dashi with daikon, radish, sweet corn, scallion, and potato, topped with salmon roe.
