It is conveniently located just across the road from the entrance to temple (Pura Ulun Danu Beratan), very reasonably priced, the service is good (and fast!), and the food arrives looking exactly as described in the menu. This is a large restaurant which often caters for big groups and has a very nice view of the lake.
