DOUBLE SIP is a new concept bottle shop and bar. Massive windows let in plenty of natural light and give passersby a clear view of the “floating” wall of wine, arak and spirits inside. Double Sip Bar is located on the first floor of the Park23 Creative Hub.
Featuring young warm and cool design – the wine wall does more than showcase 12 labels from SABABAY winery from one end to the other, a section to showcases spirits from SABABAY Distillery – curated Spirits and ARAK — that is marked with numbers indicating the original area of production, ingredient, body, tasting notes and best pairing.
Our selection of locally produced premium products from Bali in particular is made in the most beautiful places on earth, time for us to appreciate the beauty of it – from the soil of Bali. We really wanted to change that dialogue. We create DOUBLE SIP NOT ONLY AS A BOTTLE BAR AND SHOP.
We sought to create a bright, open space where customers would linger in the aisles and enjoy the store’s many tasting events. They designed the space meticulously to welcome any communities.
Space for the large wooden tasting table at the center of the shop and provides flexibility.
The versatility provides plenty of space for everything from assisting customers to hosting special events and tastings.
“It is very much a community hub”, “It’s not like stopping by the [liquor] store. You really feel like you’re part of a community when you’re here”.
