The Long Table’s concept takes cues from the jewellery brand’s 30-year-old “Long Table Lunch” tradition at its jewellery workshop near Ubud, where lunch is served to over 600 employees each day. The Long Table is a family-style, farm to table menu celebrating Indonesian recipes from throughout the archipelago, with a commitment to sourcing only local seasonal ingredients.
The Jamu Bar presents a scrumptious all-day sharing plates menu, together with a variety of refreshing cocktails incorporating homemade “Jamu” traditional Indonesian herbal elixirs and the best of Indonesia’s freshly roasted coffees. The Jamu Bar also offers the perfect spot to spend a quiet afternoon or to enjoy a sunset cocktail with views of the boutique’s well-landscaped tropical garden.
