The Tauch Terminal Resort Tulamben is situated at Bali’s north-east coast and was built by divers for divers who would like to escape the crowds of mass tourism in South Bali. No McDonald’s or Hard Rock Café can be found here, but romantic guitar music accompanied by the sound of the sea. No annoying souvenir sellers, but many friendly local people who treat you as a friend rather than a tourist.
The resort is located directly on the beach with a beautiful coral garden right in front. The famous Liberty Wreck is only 80 meters away and the drop off with the shark point and other fascinating dive sites are about 300 meters away. Even to the fishing village of Amed can be visited after a short 15 min. car drive.
For all the divers, “relaxing guest” and friends we have completely renovated our resort in Tulamben in the beginning of 2008. Most of the buildings were tore down and with a lot of motivation and spirit we rebuild a complete new resort with luxurious & comfortable accommodations. Now we offer 2 bungalows, 23 deluxe rooms, 1 honeymoon suite (2 bathrooms plus extra livingroom) & 1 family room (2 bathrooms plus extra bedroom). The rooms were designed to make you feel comfortable and make your holiday an unforgettable one. All rooms have “sea view” now.
The new 2-storey restaurant – with a breathtaking view to the beach & sea – is offering you a wide range of local & international food and drinks. A new modern dive base and a spacious lobby makes our resort nearly complete to a world class resort. We already had a top resort before and we also want to be one of the best resorts in future time.We added an additional pool (16 x 4 m) to our existing pool, so in future time the relaxing guests are not disturbed by a dive course.
