Global Village Kafe’ serves a delightful range of real Espresso coffee. We use our own unique ‘Global Village’ blend of Indonesian grown Arabica beans, hand-roasted on the premises by our own Expert Coffee Roaster Putu. The extensive drinks menu also includes Indian Chai, Herbal teas, Fruit lassies & Juices, Beers, Wines, Spirits, and Liqueurs. The menu is everything that you would expect from a ‘Global Village’, with popular and classic choices from Europe, Asia, South America, and Middle Eastern cuisines. The food is authentic in flavour and presentation, and comes complete with cuisine-appropriate side dishes, sauces and dips. Salads & various Vegetarian options are also always available.
The Kafé has a Gallery and retail handicraft section, where various wooden, brass, metal, coconut, beaded products and arte-facts from Bali are for sale at fixed prices. The profits from these sales are shared between the people and artists who make the products & the Foundation. Prices are reasonable and genuine, and you get authentic crafts.
The Global Village Foundation Kafé also stocks its own range of high quality 100% Natural Personal Healthcare products including Soaps, Shampoos, Shower Gels, & Body lotions.
Nestled in the corner of the Kafe is a book and DVD exchange, a popular service among resident ex-pats and travelers passing through Lovina.
As you would expect, the cafe also has free Wi Fi.
