This month’s highlight, the Gorgonzola Burger, is a perfect balance of craft and character. Made with 100% Aussie beef, a soft house-made pretzel bun, and topped with balsamic onions, Worcestershire sauce, baby romaine, and gorgonzola cheese, this burger delivers a rich, tangy bite with every layer. It’s comfort elevated, crafted for those who crave something different.

To complete the experience, BB52 introduces the Jalapeño Pop, crispy jalapeños filled with cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and a touch of paprika and mayonnaise. A little spicy, a little creamy, and absolutely addictive, it’s the perfect sidekick for the bold and fearless.
