Available exclusively for dine-in, The Solero is designed as a refreshing counterpoint to BB52’s bold, indulgent burgers—especially its all-time bestseller, The OG Burger.

The BB52 Solero features a smooth cream cheese ice cream base, layered with tropical pineapple, passion fruit, and mango, then finished with a subtle chocolate coating. The result is a balance of creamy, tangy, and refreshing flavors that feels light yet satisfying—perfect for Bali’s warm climate.

Created as a complete dining experience rather than a takeaway dessert, The Solero is best enjoyed after a bite (or two) of The OG Burger—BB52’s signature burger known for its juicy beef patty, rich flavors, and house-made elements.
