Giri Putri Cave, This second-floor cave temple for both Hindu and Buddhist religion, is known as one of the holiest sites in Bali and also suitable for the tourist who is looking for a nice and quiet place for doing meditation. The temple is located in Pakraman village – Nusa Penida.
This temple is unique as you will need to squeezed-in your body when entering the cave. Inside the cave, the temperature is dropped a few degrees lower, a lot chiller than the outside. Due to minimum lights provided inside the cave, you must watch your steps as the floor of the cave can be slippery. You will need at least 30 minutes to explore the cave area, before reaching the way out through a local village at the back area of the temple.
