Counseling

During the consultation, we ask in detail (in Japanese) about the areas where you feel tired, areas you’d like to focus on during the massage, areas you’d like to avoid, and your preferred pressure strength. Even if you are unable to communicate in a foreign language, we provide a pointing card in your room to help you convey this to your therapist. Additionally, the ice used for drinks at this spa is made from frozen mineral water, so you can drink with confidence.

Transportation Services

Khunti drivers always welcome customers with a smile and drive safely at a slow pace. If you book a package for two or more people, we offer free transportation to the Kuta, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur, Seminyak areas, as well as to Bali Denpasar International Airport if you make a reservation before returning to Japan.

We will pick you up from your hotel’s main lobby 60 minutes before the treatment starts if you are staying in Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, or Sanur. For those staying in Jimbaran or Nusa Dua, the pickup will be 30 minutes before the start of the procedure.
