The Pemuteran Reef is home to the largest Biorock artificial reef project in the world, as well as the largest area of shallow reefs in Bali. The shallow waters also make it perfect for snorkeling. The Pemuteran Biorock project has won a special award at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development for its outstanding contributions to sustainability.
