Mertasari beach is situated in the southern part of Sanur. During June and August, many locals fly their kites on this beach. Visitors can do several options of water sports here, such as kite surfing, kayaking, paragliding and more. However, this beach may not be the best for swimming.
Like other beaches in Sanur, the best time to visit is in the morning for a sunrise view. The long paved walk along Sanur beach stretches is also perfect for biking and jogging.
