Simplification of Services and Payments

The Directorate General of Immigration on 24 August 2020 will implement service and payment simplification by combining Visa Approval (telex) and Visa payments when applying for Visa Approval (telex), thus:

  1. Visa Approval (telex) for Visitor Visa issued through the mechanism as mentioned earlier also applies as a Visitor Stay Permit, so you don’t have to report to the immigration office,
  2. Visa Approval (telex) for Temporary Stay Visa issued through the mechanism as mentioned earlier can be granted a Temporary Stay Permit after you report at the Immigration Office no later than 7 (seven) working days after the telex is issued.

Visa Approval (telex) issued before 24 August 2020 will continue to be implemented according to the prevailing regulations. You must report to the immigration office no later than 30 days after the Visa Approval (telex) is issued.
