Dreamland is one of the most favourite surf spots in Bali. It is situated between two other popular sites, Balangan and Bingin. You will need 40 minutes drive from the airport to Dreamland. When the swell is friendly beginner surfers can ride the wave, but when it’s getting big, please leave it to experienced surfers. It has a sandy-bottom break, with mellow left and right waves that break over a rock shelve. Normally, south-southwest swell waves are the best, even better on lower tides.

A few accommodation and restaurants are available nearby. If you are looking for a more affordable place to stay, consider booking a surf camp in Bingin and Balangan area. The best time to visit is between April and October, expect a crowd of mixed abilities during holiday and dry season.
