Minor changes have been made to some regulations enforced during the previous Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), such as:

Traditional markets are allowed to open with a maximum capacity of 50% until 15:00 local time. The provincial government will regulate further arrangements.
- Voucher outlets, barbershops, laundry, and car wash can open their business with strict procedures until 21.00 local time.

During two sessions of previous Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) are implemented, numbers of daily cases of the coronavirus in the country have not shown a significant decline. However, the daily recovery rate is also quite high, but the number of daily deaths is still considered high.
