Update on newly circulated governmental regulation – Instruksi Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 69 Tahun 2021
Indonesia is reacting to the current situation regarding the new variant OMNICRON and the overall increase of covid cases in some countries.
UK, Norway and Denmark have been added to the list of nationals, who can currently not apply for a visit visa. Furthermore, any foreign traveler (WNA – Warga Negara Asing) who had visited any of these countries during the last 14days, can neither arrive in Indonesia.
While Hongkong was previously also on this list of countries, it has now been removed.
The mandatory quarantine for foreign nationals Indonesians (WNA) arriving in Indonesia with a valid visit visa (or KITAS) is still 10 x 24 hours.
