IHTPB, PT. Tele Sehat Indonesia/ATM SEHAT, JDNI, and BMTA signed an MOU for an “integrated AI” call center with native doctors’ tele-consultation services.

IHTPB – Indonesia-Healthcare Tourism Promotion Board, PT. Tele Sehat Indonesia/ATM SEHAT, JDNI-Junior Doctor Network Indonesia and BMTA-Bali Medical Tourism Association signing MOU on collaborated plan to develop an “integrated AI” call center with native doctors tele consul services.

IHTPB-ATM SEHAT-JDNI-BMTA are the leading partners on developing an integrated AI services for healthcare and wellness tourism call center with native doctors tele consul services which has signed an MOU during WTN SUMMIT-TIME 2023 at the Renaissance Uluwatu-Bali, on 30 September 2023.

Dr. dr Taufik Jamaan, SpOG has been CEO of many hospitals in Jakarta with 20 years of experience and the Chairman of AWMI-Asosiasi Wisata Medis Indonesia, and Ns.Sigit M.Nuzul, S.Kep. who has been working in Health and Research for 10 years are the main actors of IOT 4.0 device creation. This device develops with telehealth easy access system which meant to support digitalization of health service providers in Indonesia. The system cover dashboard report for an ongoing e-medical records, patient app. This app Includes early detection of diseases, track and secure e-medical records, health consultation and precision medicine and information, Doctors App, and teleconsultation and received patient data by patient consent.

ATM Sehat is the 1st winner of ASEAN ICT Awards 2019 in Laos. This device is expected to be a strategic AI device that can support the development of IOT health tech growth for Medical Tourism Indonesia to succeed.

IHTPB together with the stakeholders is committed to assist Indonesia Medical Tourism to grow and improve by creating events for discussion and sharing any challenges faced by the industry. Furthermore, it is also expected that the discussion will bring the concept to the right direction, especially on supporting integrated AI development on call center and native doctors tele consul services to be launched in 2024, hence market can access the service.

For this objective to succeed, the participation of related stakeholders is the key factor that has been mentioned by WTN panelists attended the WTN SUMMIT-TIME2023 in Bali. The panelists among others were Dr. Peter Tarlow, The President of WTN based in Texas and Juergen Thomas Steinmetz, the Chairman of WTN based in Honolulu, have also mentioned that ecosystem of medical tourism in Indonesia must be united and decide the direction of services and focus market which need to be penetrated, and at the same time providing best services i.e. coordinate the medical tourism with nursing, assure to have excellent language skills, develop and generate publicity so that people around the world know about Indonesia medical tourism.
